Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an open first floor plan allow for private spaces and family gatherings. Hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails bursting with fall colors within minutes, and the 55-mile Summit County Recreational pathway is just 3 blocks away. A whopping 7 of the top 30 ski resorts are within 45 minutes: #8 Copper Mountain – 9 miles (12 minute Summit Stage bus ride) #12 Breckenridge – 10 miles (30 minute bus ride) #27 Keystone – 12 miles #13 Arapahoe Basin – 16 miles #30 Loveland - 16 miles #20 Vail – 28 miles #15 Beaver Creek – 38 miles Our warm and cozy place is freshly renovated and painted, with new furniture, fixtures, and mattresses. Warning: it's so comfy, you may not be motivated to get up early and leave! The salt water hot tub and two gas fireplaces give you choices about where to relax and warm up. For safety we have 4 outside security cameras: front doorbell, front driveway, back patio, and inside the garage (for package deliveries). We are a SUPER STRICT NON SMOKING OR VAPING property.
