This nicely appointed beach house is located at the southern end of Cayucos making it ideal for visiting both downtown Cayucos, Morro Bay and the stunning central coast! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Highway 1. This beach house is ready and welcoming for all who are in need of a fresh sea air getaway. The upper level main living space is open concept with an abundance of windows and sliding glass door leading to a good-sized patio where you can hang out on the comfortable furniture and enjoy the views or grill up your meal on the gas BBQ. This home is in an upscale quiet beach community. Home accommodates 6 people comfortably and children are welcome, but the home is not child-proof. Bedrooms are located in the back of the house, a few steps up from main living area. Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway, street parking is not allowed. Guests have access to the entire home, there is no sharing of living space. There is a storage space in the garage that is reserved for the owners. This home is managed by Seth and Karen. The homeowners, Billy and Connie, are busy running their restaurant and have entrusted us to make sure the home is taken care of, and guests are happy :) Seth or I are available to answer any questions. Our goal is for you to have an enjoyable stay! This home is located on the southern tip of Cayucos towards Morro Bay. It has wonderful ocean views and is located near Highway 1. , there is noise from the highway. Cayucos is a sleepy bedroom community where people come to relax and enjoy everything the central coast has to offer, very serene! There is not a backyard space. Outdoor space is second story patio with landscaped front yard. TV is Netflix and minimal cable channels.
