This vacation home was built in 2021 and provides direct water/canal access to the Atlantic Ocean. There is dock space available for a boat if needed. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and a full bathroom (can sleep 4 people). The other 2 guest rooms share a full bathroom (Jack-and-Jill style). They each have a queen bed and a set of bunk beds (each guest room can sleep 4 people). The living room has a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee machine, etc. The ground floor has a large covered space with two tables and chairs. The dock can accommodate boats up to 32 feet in length. Ground floor has indoor storage for all your fishing and diving equipment. Storage includes a bait freezer. Sombrero Beach and the Old 7 Mile Bridge is less than a 10 min drive from the property. Key west is just a short 1 hour drive from the house.
