Consisting of The Zen (listing on Airbnb as the main house) and The Posh (listing on Airbnb as the guesthouse) combined for one rental. Separate entrances to each unit. Very large parking lot. Vehicles that are towing have penalty of room. Main House: Completely remodeled with an open floor plan. The living room/kitchen offers a large area for entertaining. A fully stocked kitchen to meet all your culinary needs. As well as a large kitchen island for prep space! Beds: 1st and 2nd bedrooms each have a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is a bedroom/laundry room combo. It offers a twin bed, TV, and a sitting area.. This room has a curtain, instead of a door for privacy. Each room has sheets, blankets, and pillows. The dining room has an office desk and a futon that can be used as a single bed. Extra sheets and pillows are provided. It has a barn door that can be closed for privacy. The bathroom has a tile tub/shower combo, equipped with a starter kit of supplies: Toilet paper, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Guesthouse: 1st and 2nd bedrooms each have a queen bed. We offer a very large driveway that is perfect for several vehicles. A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake. For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house. We provide a starter kit of supplies for guests.
