We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Brandivy, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 28 m² (with fireplace), an open equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces to enjoy the beautiful days. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 28 m² with fireplace (wood provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... On the 1st floor : - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. On the 2nd floor : - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) or two single beds (on request) - A bathroom with shower and WC. A rustic gîte, the living room and kitchen stay cool in summer and winter. In the cold season, the Porte des moines gîte is preferable. Outside : - A first terrace of about 20 m², facing East and bordered by the walls of the old abbey. - A second terrace of about 25 m², exposed West with claustra in the North and opened on the West, without opposite. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, at your disposal. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free Wifi - Sheets and towels included. - On request: griddle, steam cooker. - Washing machine available in shared laundry room located in the manor house and not in the gîte. - The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space if needed. - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided. - Animals are not allowed in the house. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
