A French door from the living area opens out to the balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees or sundowners. Private off-road parking for two cars (one in front of the other) to the front of the property. Please note that the space closest to the front door is under cover so the height is restricted and some taller vehicles will not be able to use this space. Access is via a narrow lane and manoeuvring is tight so please be aware that it is necessary to reverse back down the lane when leaving the house. Alternatively, Sennen Cove Harbour long stay car park is a 2-minute walk from the property Good Housekeeping Bond We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim.
