For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving: ● No shoes inside the home. ● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. ● No smoking inside the home. Additional cleaning fees to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. ● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can. ● Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. ● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to departure. ● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed. ● Washer/dryer available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. ● The storage room is to remain closed at all times. ● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. ● Please do not rearrange the furniture. ● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. ●No pets. ● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
