Lots of room including a 1100 sq foot great room with 15 ft ceiling, entertainment / game room, one car garage + extra parking. Unique inner court with open sky views. Large deck with surrounding trees. Two car garage. Big gas fireplace. Internet. Washer and Dryer. Away from the city. Heated polished cement floor and AC. 75 yards from the Columbia River. 45 min from PDX The space Great secluded house on a dirt road a short way from highway 14. surrounded by tall trees overlooking the Columbia River. The house is beautiful and great place to be with family and friends. Big outdoor area and indoor/outdoor court. New house with lots of room. Please note that because we are near the river we are also near a train track. The train, which runs close to the house, is in a ravine so it isn't as loud but you can still hear it. - Master Bedroom with King bed / shower & bath & toilet - Jack & Jill Bedrooms (1) King & (1) Queen with full bath and double sink - Bedroom #4 - King bed - shares full bath with double sink with bedroom #5 - Bedroom #5 - Queen bed - Game room with (2) queen pull-out beds - All bedrooms have a chair that folds into a single bed (for a child) - Half bath near kitchen. - On demand hot water & Instant hot water Please note: -The home sits next to the Columbia River which means we're also next to a railroad track. However the railroad sits lower than the house and though it passes a number of times a day, I hardly notice it. -There is poison oak on the property. It is sprayed multiple times a year. Stay on the defined spots and trails and you shouldn't have any problems. -While we have a deep two car garage, one of the spaces has our family kayak moving van in it. - The property extends to the Columbia River. There is a cleared out area to hang out/beach type area. To get there you have to walk across a railroad track so please do so cautiously. 45 min from PDX Guest access All spaces in the home are accessible with the exception of two closets and one side of the two car garage. Other things to note Activities (Sorry but Airbnb won't let me add links) Hamilton Mountain Trail (18-minute drive) A scenic 7.2-mile hike with waterfalls, wildflowers, and panoramic Gorge views. Dog Mountain (10-minute drive) Famous for wildflowers in June; a steep 6.9-mile loop with gorgeous views. Beacon Rock State Park (17-minute drive) Climb a giant monolith with views of the Columbia River. A moderate 1.8-mile round trip. Multnomah Falls (25-minute drive) Beautiful falls and walking trail. The #1 Natural Tourist Attraction in the Pacific Northwest. Free Columbia Gorge Lookout (5-minute drive) Short trail to a beautiful look-out view of the gorge Travel North from the Carson roundabout on "Wind River Road". Take your first right. travel back towards the house to the end of the road. Carson Hot Springs (5-minute drive) Large Mineral Therapy Pool Hot springs dating back to 1901.
