Victoria Guest Suite

Our lovely west coast family home is located in a quiet, mature neighbourhood between Thetis Lake and Mill Hill Regional Parks and the Galloping goose trail. Our location affords an abundance of opportunities to recreate locally (e.g. swimming, trails for walking, hiking and biking). Our guest suite is a private, comfortable space, filled with an abundance of natural light making it a prefect spot to relax after a long day of exploring what Greater Victoria has to offer. The space It is a self-contained private walk out suite with direct keypad access and street parking. Large windows frame the main living space providing ample natural light. We offer a well equipped kitchen, wi-fi , TV and access to an outdoor covered deck. Our one bedroom, one bath suite is ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four with a double sleeper sofa bed in the living room (while a cradle is available, we do not have a crib) Guest access Guests have full access to entire guest suite except for one closet in the bedroom. Other things to note In the very unlikely circumstance of an emergency, we may require entrance to the bedroom suite in order to access the Electrical Panel. Pet lives on property - dog Potential for noise - Hosts do live in the home, may hear daily living noises. The door between the main house and the guest suite will be locked at all times during your stay. To ensure guests comfort and security, we have installed an additional privacy/security bolt that will be available only to guests in the suite.
