Your own 35m² terrace with incredible views does not have a fence (only one stone step) to the Lech landscape protection belt. In front of your home is an acre of beef-free meadow that serves agriculture. If the snow conditions allow, they go directly from the terrace to the Weidach cross-country ski trail and enjoy your punch on their own terrace.
