The space Planted in Old North Durham, this newly built modern farmhouse is resting in a beautiful neighborhood just a couple blocks from Geer St and Downtown Durham, and 1 mile from Dukes East Campus. Walk to dinner or drinks at some of downtown Durham’s best restaurants. Enjoy Durham’s local coffee shops around the corner. Or hit up the farmer’s market on Foster’s street on Saturday! Other things to note Due to the increase in requests we’d like to state this house is not available for large events or parties.
