Your Airbnb is a stones throw from the Seagate Hotel on Atlantic Ave and only 2 blocks to the beach! The space Peaceful and calming, room to relax, the perfect balance at the beach! The open concept living space is filled with rich, natural daylight during the day (the sun rises 2 blocks from us:) and plantation shutters throughout, provide just the right amount of privacy after an adventure filled day and all that South Florida has to offer. Cool down in a shower or soak in the tub before sinking into your Haverty’s Destiny couch, which also doubles as a queen sleep sofa with a luxury 5" mattress and cotton linens provided (with 3-4 guests registered). It really is the prime spot to read a book, catch a snooze, enjoy a movie night in or just relax! Meticulous attention to detail is presented in the kitchen with quartz countertops, coordinating tile backsplash and, solid white cabinets, filled with most of the cooking and serving items you may need during your stay. You'll have a full-size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, food prep area and food storage space. Silverware, dishes, bowls, coffee cups, water, and wine glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, corkscrew, can opener, cooking utensils, basic spices, dish towels, food storage containers and more are all supplied. Small appliances include, a Keurig coffee maker, a Drip coffee maker with filters, a 2-slice toaster and a blender. A glass dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 4 comfortably. The island countertop offers a bonus seating area for 3 and doubles as a second workspace for those that need to catch up in between their morning sunrise beach trip and their afternoon beach walk. Vehicle registration required. ——- ~A $50 HOA registration fee is required and will be collected for all reservations if not charged on Airbnb at the time of booking. ~This unit is booked for 2 guests/1 King bed. The unit can sleep up to 4 and will be set up/stocked accordingly. All stays with 3-4 guests (or use of 2nd bed) are charged $100.00 for up to 2 additional guests and $30 per night in addition to the booked rate. A separate invoice will be sent and payment is required. Security deposit is automatically forfeited and will be charged to the card on file for unreported additional guests. Stays greater than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $120. __________________ Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following: 1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, deposit authorization ($300) with credit card, and short-term agreement with e-signature for access to the property. The link will be sent via Airbnb for completion on Owner Rez. Id and credit card photo must match 2. Airbnb fees are determined and collected by Airbnb, we are not able to make adjustments. Palm Beach County Taxes ~ 12.5% mandated on all booking platforms 3. The unit is booked for 2 guests. 4 guests max with registration and payment-NO pets -1 King bed-1 sleep sofa good for kids! 4. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require adequate prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given** 5. Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Violations of the Short-Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation. 6. Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance. ________________________________________________________________________________________ While we love our fur babies and yours, our HOA does not permit our Guests to have pets. Pets are NOT permitted in the unit. Our HOA requires ALL animals on property to provide proof of vaccination and a health check up w/in the last 30 days, this also applies to service animals with no exceptions. Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home. Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the outside dumpster. A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals. Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do NOT book with us if that is your intent. Violations of the above will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time. Guest access -Arrival day/Checkout Day information will be included in the short term agreement, welcome email and the Guest Digital Welcome Guide. -Keypad access to My Beach Retreat and keypad code will be provided ON check in day via text message about 30 minutes prior to check-in time. -Guests will receive a welcome email once booking is complete with short term agreement. -ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization ($300 hold-not a charge) with credit card and short-term agreement are required for access to the home. A link will be sent via Airbnb to sign, and to upload your documents on our secure site, after Airbnb booking is accepted. -Key pad access is ONLY for Guests registered on the Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement. -No unregistered Guests are permitted on property. Guests have the entire unit to themselves, there are no shared spaces in the unit. There is one locked owners closet in the master bedroom that does not interfere with guest space. Guests may not access this closet. Guests have use of large walk-in closet. Lush tropical courtyard area has 2 chairs and a table for outdoor seating in open entrance space.
