This unit is pet friendly and has a fenced backyard. In front of the quadplex guests will find parking spaces to park their vehicles. If the parking spaces are full you can also park in front of the building on the side of the street. Other things to note No Smoking Smoking will result in a $500 smoking fee No Illegal Substances Remove Shoes When Inside Dog Friendly Only, NO CATS. If cats are suspected there will be a $500 charge plus a pet fee. Please keep pets off the furniture.
