Located in the gated Snowline community in Glacier, WA, one of the closest neighborhoods to Mt. Baker Ski Area, Avventura is the ideal base for ski weekends, summer adventures, family reunions, or any gathering that deserves a proper home. The Highlights 🎮 Basement Rec Room The basement is its own world. A fully stocked rec room with board games and a dedicated movie lounge. Give the adults their space while the kids claim the couch, or fight them for it. Either way, nobody's bored. ♨️ Private Hot Tub Fits the whole group. Après-ski, after a hike, or just because, the hot tub is the gathering point everyone gravitates to. Best experienced after dark with the fire pit going nearby. 🔥 Fire Pit While the HOA prohibits fires, you can still gather under the stars, pass something warm, and tell the stories from the day. This is the moment groups come to the mountains for. The fire pit delivers it every time. 🏠 5 Bedrooms Across 3 Floors Three floors of living mean natural separation for multi-family groups. Every couple, family, or pair of friends gets their own space without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw. 🪵 Fireplace + Spacious Living Room The main living area is built for gathering — a crackling fireplace, comfortable seating, and enough room for the whole group. Snowball fight stories sound better by the fire. 🌲 Expansive Deck + BBQ A large deck with outdoor dining and a propane BBQ. Summer evenings out here are hard to leave. In winter, it's the staging ground for snowball fights and hot tub runs. 🏊 Community Pool Access (Seasonal) Snowline community pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts are available to guests Monday through Thursday, May through September. A meaningful summer perk — ask us for specific dates and details when booking. The Layout Basement: Rec room with board games and movie lounge equipped with a Smart TV. The entertainment hub. Two queen bedrooms are on this level. Main Floor: Spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, dining room and deck access w/ BBQ, hot tub, and fire pit. One queen bedroom is on this level along with full bathroom. Upper Floor: Two queen bedrooms spread across the upstairs. Quiet, private, and well-separated from the action downstairs. Another full bathroom is on this level. Family Notes 👶 Pack and plays and high chairs are available upon request, just let us know when booking. 🚗 Parking fits up to 3 vehicles in the driveway (perpendicular only, HOA strictly enforces road parking). Carpool if your group has more than 3 cars. All vehicles must be registered prior to arrival. In winter, the sloped driveway requires AWD or 4WD. Good to Know 📡 WiFi: Available throughout the home. Remote mountain location means speeds vary and outages can occur, download shows before heading up. Cell service improves near Mt. Baker Ski Area. ❄️ Weather & Access: AWD or 4WD strongly recommended in winter, the driveway slopes from the road and can ice over December through March. Mountain weather is real here. Pack for everything and embrace it. 🛒 Provisions: Stock up in Bellingham (~45 min) before heading up. Local stops exist along Hwy 542 but plan your meals — this is mountain country. Cooking together in a well-equipped kitchen is part of the experience. 🐻 Wildlife: Bears, raccoons, bats, the occasional bobcat. A mountain rainforest comes with its residents. Baker magic commence! * WINTER DRIVING NOTE:  The driveway is sloped from the road and can be covered in ice and/or snow between December and March.  We advise all guests to travel in an AWD or 4WD vehicle for driveway access and safety.  Snowline Club does not allow vehicles to park near the road or parallel to the road due to Fire Truck and Snow Plow Access.  All guests must be able to pull fully into the driveway, even in inclement weather.   3 Vehicles max.
