The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's best suited for families who want to just relax, have a fun adventure, and make lasting memories. It is not suitable for parties or loud activities. **All 3 BEDROOMS are located upstairs.** The space Our house is only steps away from the edge of beautiful Belton Lake and a marina where boats, paddleboards, kayaks, and other water recreational equipment is available for rental (reservations are recommended) and only one block from a boat ramp if you bring your own. Our unique property is near the lake, centrally located to downtown Belton for restaurants in a historic atmoshere along Nolan Creek, University of Mary Hardin Baylor, museums, Bell County Expo Center, Temple Baylor Scott and White hospital, Fort Hood, and Killeen. Sip & relax at several wineries and distilleries located in Salado and Georgetown, or visit Magnolia Silos in downtown Waco, only 40 minutes away. Experience the multiple walking/hiking trails which are located nearby. We can offer our guests a pass to nearby parks for picnicking, swimming, and other water activities for a great family adventure. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. The garage is locked and is off-limits to guests, as the owner uses the garage for personal storage and housekeeping supplies. Other things to note No pets are allowed in the house.
