Located approximately 15 minute walk from the historic market town of Pershore and close to the stunning Malvern Hills and Cotswolds, both areas of exceptional beauty. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer. The apartment is an attractive, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed studio situated on the first floor with views over the open countryside. The apartment is self-contained with private parking for one vehicle and is accessed by a private front door and staircase. It is ideal for those requiring a location within walking distance of the amenities in town. Pershore is a superb location for touring the surrounding area including the Cotswolds the Midlands and South Wales. The apartment sleeps up to 2 guests with one King size bed with a memory foam mattress. The apartment: Entering the apartment through your own private entrance you will find everything you need in one place. There is a comfortable living area with reclining chairs and a Smart TV (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV apps). From the window of the apartment you can see the fields and the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. The kitchen area is fully fitted with an electric oven with grill, ceramic hob with an extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, stainless steel sink, microwave, kettle and toaster with a breakfast bar with 2 stools, and a 32" Samsung Smart HD slimline TV. The bedroom area also comes with a wardrobe, dressing table, and a large set of drawers. There is a digital alarm clock, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and spin dryer and drying rack. There’s a separate en-suite bathroom featuring a modern shower cubicle with Mira electric shower, toilet and wash basin, with heated towel rail and electric shaver point. Complete with fresh towels and essential toiletries, it offers a comfortable space to refresh and unwind. The property benefits from electric heating, is double glazed and fully insulated. Private parking area is available for one car in the allocated parking space clearly marked for our 'Mews Guests'. The apartment is very well situated for touring the West Midlands, we are in the Vale of Evesham, close to the Cotswolds, Malvern, Cheltenham, Stratford on Avon, Warwick and Birmingham. There are many walks locally as well as National Trust properties well worth visiting. It is convenient for the horse race meetings in Cheltenham and Worcester as well as the Three Counties Showground in Malvern and Three Choirs Festival in Worcester. Meadow Wood Mews is a private self contained apartment. It is professionally cleaned and provided with bedding and towels. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. We are pleased to offer discounts on longer stays: Enjoy 10% off for stays of 7 nights or more, and 30% off for stays of one month or longer. We are pleased to offer an additional housekeeping service during your stay, which includes a full change of bed linen and towels for £35 per service. If you’d like to arrange this, please let us know in advance. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £120 for lost keys to re-secure the property so please be careful with them.
