Small dock available on property - suitable for smaller boats and pontoons. Water is too shallow for bigger boats ~ 2-3ft. Public launch available adjacent to Norwood beach. Screened porch and sun deck. Cable, Wifi and Air Printer available with workspace. Unfortunately, we are not handicap accessible. 1 queen bedroom and adjacent bathroom are located on first floor. Some steps and small spaces necessary to navigate. Guest access Entire home, large yard with beach, large driveway.
