The space This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with all the furnishings fixtures for a stay away from home. A converted warehouse which has beautiful high ceilings creating a bright, open and airy space to wind down after a long day. The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine. The living/ dining space has a comfortable sofa, and 2-seater dining table. The bedroom features a king sized bed, desk/ dressing table, storage space. The modern bathroom has full sized shower, towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The TV is a Smart TV supporting all streaming services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi for internet access. Guest access Access for guests is to the entire apartment. Other things to note Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
