Relaxing Charmer near Beaches and Newport!

This spacious home boasts 2 family rooms for guests to relax in, as well as a deck, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The house is easy to get to and has parking for up to 3 cars. Only 1.2 miles to the entrance of the Cliff Walk, and 1.5 miles to Second Beach. Hit the beach, visit the mansions, visit King's Park on the waterfront, or have dinner at Newport Harbor! The space Because of the 2 family room spaces on the upper and lower levels, this house is very comfortable for groups and families. There is a good-sized kitchen, and all of the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Also, the back yard is a lovely setting for fun dinners and hanging out with a good book! There is a firepit in the back yard. (Guests should supply their own wood for the firepit. ) The easy walk to Easton's Beach (aka First Beach) means you can hit the beach quickly, which makes trips with small children easier. Spend an hour or two, and come home for naptime! Or, for adults and older kids, spend the whole day! Second beach is just a 1.5 mile drive away. Some groups have one person drive the group down, drop-off guests & gear, return to park the car back at the house, and take a quick walk back to meet everyone. In nearby Newport: Brenton Point is a fun place to fly kites, and -for adults- check out the Dualing Pianos at the Top of Pelham! Also, don't miss the Norman Bird Sanctuary for lovely hikes, and the Rail Explorers ride for something totally different and fun!
