There is a Publix supermarket just up the road and a fresh-fish market nearby. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, deep sink, bright lights, and soft-close cabinets and drawers. There is also a blender, toaster, tea kettle, crock pot, and coffee maker. Additional features include keyless entry, Ecobee smart thermostat, and high speed internet. The White Surf Condominium complex offers a heated swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, pickleball, game-room, and a sauna. There is also a common room that can be reserved for large gatherings. One parking space is reserved for you inside the secure parking garage - Max height 6’2’’, on the upper level. Additional parking is found on a first-come, first-served basis.
