The space KPort Concierge is thrilled to introduce you to this newly constructed house on the water with gorgeous views of Cape Porpoise harbor and Goat Island Light House in the distance. Enjoy ocean breezes from the decks by day and fire pit or grill by night. Launch your paddle board or kayak right from the property and explore the islands and lighthouse. Many restaurants and shops, as well as the famous Cape Porpoise Pier, are within a short walking distance. It is also just a short drive to attractions in Kennebunkport and a ten minute drive to beaches. The home is centrally located for great family fun! Upon walking into the sun filled home you'll be welcomed by the stunning view of water out the windows. The first floor is where you'll find a beautiful kitchen loaded with all the modern amenities, two living room spaces, a dining area, and a full bathroom. Also located on the first floor is a small bedroom suite with its own full bath. This space is perfect for someone who may struggle with stairs or would prefer to have a somewhat private section of the home for the duration of the stay. Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. The primary, has a deck to soak in the stunning scenery and the other rooms feature stunning views out the windows. This house has a king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. The deck off the kitchen/living room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the moon rise over the water in the evenings. The basement houses recreational toys and beach gear that you are welcome to use during your stay. The yard has plenty of room to play and has direct access to the water. Please note it is tidal access and can be mucky at low tide. We recommend using water shoes to protect your feet.
