The second bedroom consists of 2 sets of bunks with built in robes.Third bedroom has a queen size bed with built in robes. The second and third bedroom all serviced by a family bathroom with separate toilet and laundry with front loader washing machine. Features include House alarm security, evaporative heating and cooling, sliding doors which lead out to an undercover alfresco entertaining area complete with free standing barbecue and an outdoor setting which seats eight. There is also a secured remote controlled double garage with direct internal access to the house. Set on a great size block with fruit trees this property is only minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to local restaurants, cafes and shopping centres.
