“PLEASE READ”, We are a PET friendly Airbnb, VRBO rental. We are a modest and spacious farmhouse in a pristine location. We offer a tranquil escape on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. We have beautiful lake and mountains views. Close to RMNP, Lyons & Boulder. Our cozy, light filled farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Inside you will find thoughtfully curated spaces designed for your restful stay or adventurous journey. We have an enclosed yard for your fur babies. The space We are located 35 min from Rocky Mountain National Park. 20 minutes to Boulder and 5 min to Lyons. Theres lots of room to spread out and enjoy the home both indoor and outdoor. 3 large living areas with loads of comfy seating and natural light. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has it's own ensuite and dedicated workspace. Save money and cook at home with the fully stocked large kitchen. BBQ grill on the patio. You will also find the basic condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard. The Keurig is supplied with pods and there is also tea in the cupboard if you prefer that. Lots of sleeping areas including 2 couches that fold out to beds for extra guests. Extra blankets and towels are also provided. The bedroom in the back of the house also has a dedicated quiet workspace set away from the main living space. Enjoy the fully enclosed patio area filled with loads of natural light and views of the beautiful farm. There is also an entertainment area which has a tv and is stocked with fun toys for the kiddos. An extra dining table is also provided in this area for more seating. Outside your furry friends can enjoy the fully fenced in area and run free. There is also a great large patio with a propane stove and utensils to have a bbq with your group and enjoy the outdoor living space Enjoy the amazing views of the mountains in the lush beautiful farm yard. Large groups will be able to bring multiple vehicles and park in the driveway directly in front of the house. Conveniently located off Hwy 66 and close to Lyons, Boulder and Longmont. These cute towns both have great shopping, restaurants and activities to enjoy. Several lakes in the area to enjoy fishing, biking, paddle boarding and beautiful hiking. Amazing views of Boulder and Longs peak. Gateway to Rocky mountain National Park. Jump on your bicycle and enjoy an amazing ride from the house. Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy miles of endless roads with breathtaking views. Colorado is a great place to enjoy so many outdoor activities and the house is centrally located next to many of them. We hope you enjoy the house and we are always here to answer questions if you need us! Guest access You will have full access to the house and large yard. Please text on Airbnb when you are ready to check in and host will give you the front door code. In addition, if you would like a late check out, anytime after 10 AM and before 2 pm an additional $75 will be charged. After 3 pm, an additional night stay will be required. Thank you. Other things to note Please review before booking. We enjoy having our guests be able to bring their pets along with them for their vacation. Occasionally, there will be traces of pet hair in our house. We have professional cleaners, steam clean our carpets and vacuum with a Miele vacuum cleaner. We take our bedding and towels off site to be cleaned. If traces of pet hair bothers you. We are not the place for you. Please do not give us a 4 star review for traces of pet hair when we clearly state “peaks and paws”, Rocky Mountain retreat garden farmhouse. Our house is immaculate. We take much pride in doing deep cleanings after every guest departs. Thank you. Please be sure to park to the left of the garage in the large driveway space. Do not block the driveway to the right of the garage as this is used by the neighbor to access their space. The property owner does the landscaping, and he lives in the back of the property always on call for any questions or issues you may have. Please do not give us a lower rating for up-keeping our lawns, and gardens. We have two acres that require constant maintenance! Thank you. You may see the owners in the gardens or near the garage working on the property. We will respect your private space!
