We are a walkable distance to UR - Jones Memorial hospital, restaurants, bars & brewery, shops and grocery store. We also welcome visitors who would love to explore the area and kayak the river and local ponds. It is common to see eagles, deer, osprey and other wildlife when walking the yard or looking out over the Genesee river.
