Renovated at the end of 2021, the bedding, linens and kitchen are new. On the roofs of the Poolhouse and carport, solar panels help to heat the house and hot water while preserving the environment. The decoration, although modern, resonates with the Occitanie region. The dominant color is a light sand beige that fits perfectly with all other tones. The floors of the bedrooms (except one) are parquet but to protect themselves from the heat of the summer the floors of the main room/kitchen are tiled. The bunk beds were chosen in an "adult" model, in 90*190 to allow older teens to enjoy a restful sleep without feeling cramped. Special care has been taken in the bathrooms with large "sky" walk-in showers. The pool has a maximum depth of 1.70 m, allowing all adults to fully enjoy a game of ball in the water. Two doors equipped with child safety protect access to the pool, even if it is possible directly through the bay windows of the house. The pool house is, in summer, THE main living room. Around its large bar and table for 12 people, guests have everything at their fingertips without necessarily needing to use the indoor kitchen. Many elements have been provided for children at Villa Mangrove, starting with a sturdy wooden structure set in concrete at the rear of the house that is suitable for children from 3 to 12 years old. The ping pong table, the multi-height dart game and the removable goal will allow the little ones but also the teenagers to have fun while remaining within the enclosure of the house. A petanque court at the back of the house will allow everyone to recreate the world in complete zenitude! For the biggest video game enthusiasts in the 80s, a free arcade terminal is available in the main room. A baby crib, a child bed on the floor (2 years - 5 years) and a baby chair are available. Guest access You will need your vehicle to get to the center of Béziers (10 km) as well as to get to the nearest beach (8 km). The Canal du Midi is only 1.5 kilometers away and walks on this secure path are therefore easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
