The space Available for you: (A) Master Suite (Queen Bed) w/Full Bath (shower and separate jacuzzi tub) downstair. Another Full Bath w/both walk-in Shower and Claw-foot Tub downstair, is available. Home also has for your convenience, a (B) Full size Pull Murphy-Bed located in downstair Office, with closet. Upstairs are (C) Bedroom (Queen size bed) and (D) Bedroom (Full size bed). Upstairs is also another Full Bath. (NOTE: A Bonus Room/MAN Cave is located upstairs w/two twin sofa sleepers. Clean linens/pillows are in Bonus Room closet. You're welcome to utilize if need, Queen size Sofa sleeper downstair in Livingroom. (Clean linens/blankets/pillows are in nearby Hall closet for Sofa-bed). All sleep-pillows are encased with clean, moisture resistant Satin casings). All Remotes, Doorknobs, Handles, Switch Plates, Faucets, Etc are Sanitized! Home Lysol sprayed. Guest access Your access will be via the Front 🚪 Door entrance Keypad, via a Keycode provided to you prior to arrival date. ALL keycodes are erased day of, after departure. Other things to note Security cameras surround Outdoors/Outside of home ONLY. Please Note, owner & Neighborhood Assoc request respect per No LARGE parties, loud music (per respect of other neighbors. However, small to medium parties/music is fine), No smoking inside home, no pets, no drugs nor weapons PLEASE!
