Experience the spirit of Chicago from this beautiful, family style, custom-designed apartment in a wonderful near Chicago neighborhood. Enjoy the modern and rustic design featuring a large family area, spacious double sink kitchen, and a big screen TV! Perfect for Corporate Housing, Travel Nurses, interns and team retreats. Parking: Your OWN driveway spot (Street parking is not free and you must have an overnight permit) Parking soot is south of house We’re only 5 minutes from the Highway! The space Homey and comfy apartment with full service amenities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, oven and a cool dartboard you can use! 3 full bedrooms and a large living room and dining room. We do not have a Backyard but we do have an enclosed back porch you can chill on. Baby and child items: We also have a high end high chair, play pen, baby monitor and stroller as well so you don’t have to worry about those things when you travel. Please let us know if you would like us to have these items ready for your stay. Pets: Are allowed for a fee only if they are housebroken. FYI there is no yard for the pet to play in they will have to be walked out front. Parties: parties and events are not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the 1st floor apartment which includes 3 full bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full size kitchen, a pantry, the living room and the dining room. The upstairs apartment is lived in by us and we will keep it nice and quiet. Other things to note -All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay. -We live in the upstairs unit but we have a separate side building entrance and you won’t even know we’re there. -Neighbors have called and will call the police for any guests who do any illegal activities. -Any guests caught smoking inside the unit will have their reservation canceled as well as be fined $200 for damages for cleaning and restoring the house. -Also if guest leave the house excessively dirty after their stay, more than the normal cleaning required, we will charge up to $100 for extra cleaning to restore the house. -We have STRICT rules against noise, music, and/or partying and have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am. We have security cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor extra guests or parties. If you have extra guests you will be charged $50 per extra guest per night. There is also a $50 early check in fee and a $100 late check out fee. These can be waived on a case by case basis.
