Two full bathrooms add convenience. Explore Kanab effortlessly from your central location. Step into the living room and let the modern, minimalist design wash over you. Open and airy, the space is bathed in light and invites you to gather around the large flat-screen TV for cozy movie nights. We provide Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Freevee and Roku TV. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a central island perfect for prepping meals together. Create unforgettable moments as you laugh, cook, and share stories, culminating in cozy dinners around the welcoming table. Outside, you will have your very own barbecue grill, a rooftop deck with table & chairs, and a fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows!). As well, you'll have access to all of the common areas, which include a pavilion in the recreation area, games (corn hole!), pool, hot tub, and the restored 1920's barn. Make some new friends and while watching one of the many terrific old Westerns filmed in Kanab, and then play some games in the barn loft.
