Beautifully appointed, newly converted, Bullpen situated amongst Farm buildings. This property enjoys wonderful views over open countryside with far reaching views of the South Downs and Glyndebourne. Fifteen mins walk to the village public house, and Barcombe village stores and Post Office. Nearby Barcombe Mills also within easy reach by foot or by car. This single storey cottage is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Also included is all kitchen utensils, crockery, bed linen and towels as well as a hairdryer. The ensuite bathroom has a large wet room with shower, wc and handbasin. There is a double bedroom having a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. In the living area of the property has a television, tables and chairs. Outside, there is a small patio area with table and chairs. However, just 20 metres away there are the lawns and gardens of the listed Farmhouse which guests are invited to enjoy should they wish. Please note that there are many birds including peacocks that roam free in the farmhouse gardens, although they are all very friendly.
