This coastal residential community is located midway between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe with very quiet, serene shorelines. Within the neighborhood you will find several amenities meant to enhance your vacation experience. There is a large community pool with a children’s playground located in the TownCentre, as well as a fire pit designed for a nice sized group. Walking paths extend the length of the entire community with several boardwalks leading to the beach. Most boardwalks have outdoor showers and water stations for quick clean up after playing in the sand and saltwater. WindMark Beach is an active community with a gym, Fit as a Fiddle, where you can purchase day, week or month passes. Dining is offered overlooking the water at the View on Old 98, and pick up your spirits and sundries at the Mill and Mercantile. Just bring yourself and your bathing suit, and everything else will be waiting for you! Small pets under 25 pounds are allowed at this property. The Sandpiper is a generous size home with plenty of space to enjoy your group. On the front of the house, you can enjoy sitting outside on the screened porch and there are two others on the back side. Situated on piers, there are only a couple of stairs leading into the first floor which houses the living area, kitchen and dining. On the second level, you have the three bedrooms and two full baths. If cooking is something you enjoy while on vacation, this is the right spot. With a gas, 5 burner stove, lots of counter and cabinet space and a roomy pantry, you may never have to go out for a meal. Floor Plan: Ground level – screened front porch, kitchen, dining area, ½ bath and living room with TV and small deck on the back. 2nd level – laundry closet, Bedroom 1 – queen bed, Bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, full bath with shower/tub combo; and Bedroom 3 – king bed, small TV, walk-in closet, screened deck and full bath with shower only and his/her sinks. The garage area is set up as a game room with Ping Pong and Foosball table to help keep the family fun going. *This neighborhood does not allow boats or trailers overnight or in the driveway.
