Nestled between Vero Beach and Melbourne, only 20 minutes from our private beach or Melbourne Airport. Prepare your surf & turf on the large grill and dine on the screened patio with view of the lake across the street. Short walk to river and pier. Coffee and tea pots provided along with a serving of coffee, tea and water. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50-inch smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a steam shower. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed. A four inch queen mattress in the sofa bed. Summer kitchen in the back yard for grilling your fresh catch or surf & turf in the Florida sunshine. The outside shed is original and houses the new washer and dryer and limited use washing supplies, cushions and beach chairs. The amenities in Barefoot Bay are ideal for an amazing Florida vacation, such as the golf course, 3 pools, clubhouse/restaurant/lounge, tennis and bocci ball courts and more —additional fees apply . Please let us know if you'd like pool guest passes—extra $25 weekly per person charge apply—please let us know the length of time you’d like to purchase guest passes so we can accommodate you prior to your arrival. Living room has a 70-inch smart TV and there’s a 50-inch smart TV in primary bedroom. Both smart TVs have Wi-Fi streaming. Although it's nicely appointed, it's still a home that needs respectful use. To keep the home as beautiful and comfortable for all our guests, we have a NO SMOKING - NO PETS policy. Guest access Whole house access, excluding the storage closet. Other things to note Steam shower is disabled. Extra-large grill has detailed instructions and assumes waiver of liability if you book this home. Community pool fees are a separate payment that goes to the community: $25 (subject to change) weekly paid in advance and your passes will be available when you arrive.
