Seahorses Villa, amazing views

Seahorses Villa is set high up on the Cornish Hillside which gives you amazing views from your own private terrace of the beach and sea just a 3 minute walk away. Ocean views can be seen from the double bedroom and the lounge dining area, the Cornish countryside can be seen from the twin singles bedroom. Inside the recently upgraded Villa is all that you will need for a comfortable stay including a 55 inch TV, Wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen and walk in shower. Outside are table, chairs and BBQ The space Seahorses has been recently refurbished and upgraded since It was purchased 18 months ago. It is accessed via a large terraced area which gives you arguably the best views of the Beach. The Villa is accessed through the front door leading into a comfortable lounge/ dining area with a table for 4 people looking out to sea. The lounge has 2 Sofas and a large 55" TV to relax in front of. There is a large double bedroom looking out to sea with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanger space and room to store your cases under the bed. The Twin Singles room looks out to the Cornish Countryside again with storage under beds for Suitcases, a wardrobe and Chest of drawers The Kitchen has all the Utensils and equipment that you will need for your stay with ample storage for food and has a large Fridge Freezer for your convenience if you would like to order a food delivery which seems popular. There is a ironing board, iron, clothes pegs and an airer in the Utilities room. This leads into a recently upgraded Bathroom which has a a basin, towel rail. toilet and spacious walk in shower. There are wall phone charging points in both bedrooms and the Lounge There are books and a large selection of family games in the storage cupboard. There are Eco Heaters in all bedrooms and the lounge which also has an ambient Electric Fire. There is a back up Oil Heater in the storage cupboard at the back of the premises. Guest access Seahorses is accessed up the steps and onto a large balcony area with fantastic views of the beach and sea below. There are 2 sun loungers on the terrace with 2 more around the back of the building if required. There is BBQ stored there too and chairs for the beach and an umbrella. There is a large table with 6 chairs and a cantilever umbrella for hot days (Do not put it up in the wind though) Please note that the garden behind the villa is private and not part of Seahorses Villa. Other things to note Please do not book if you do not think that you or other guests will be able to get up and on the 39 steps comfortably. The Car Park is £20 for a 7 night stay There is only a 30 minute load/unload time up by the Villa.
