Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is in one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach are only 200 steps away. This is a waterfront property directly on Little Sabine Bay. Ideal for paddleboards, kayaks or bring your boat. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resort is about 500 feet to the East. You can walk to get a cheeseburger in paradise at their Landshark Bar. A trolly stops right in front of the building for free rides west to Peg Leg Pete's fresh seafood restaurant or east to the main entertainment corridor. The condo is nicely decorated. Their is a new king size bed and two new queens in the master bedroom. Comfy sheets and quality towels are provided, but you may want to bring your favorite beach towel and plenty of sunscreen. We also have beach chairs and a cooler you can use. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Seating for eight at the table and the bar. Or you can sit on the huge balcony and look for Dolphins swimming by in the Gulf of Mexico.
