We've creatively designated the loft as a bedroom to accommodate a king-size bed. The loft, our personal favorite, boasts a closet and overlooks the largest bedroom with one of the king-size beds available in the property. It also has private access to the top deck, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere. Inside the house, you'll find Purple 3 and 4 Mattresses available for your comfort. We kindly ask that you refrain from eating on the beds. To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience. While our home isn't directly connected to the beach deck, it shares the same property. To access the beach deck, simply take a 30-second stroll through the common areas under the stilts. Our deck is located on the far right when facing the beach, closest to the neighboring beachfront mansion. There are two decks side by side, and ours is the lower-level deck, offering a truly unique and unparalleled experience. We kindly request that guests refrain from grilling, vaping, or smoking within the house or any of the condominium areas. The same rules apply within a 10-foot radius around the building and in all common areas. Regrettably, pets are not allowed due to condominium association rules. We cherish our home and frequently spend time here. As a result, you may find that the garage and the main closet are locked during your stay. For your safety and security, please be aware that the condominium association has installed cameras in most of the common areas, including the upstairs deck, stairs, and driveways. These cameras continuously record footage to ensure the safety of both owners and guests. And help monitor: the compliance to the house rules.
