Flowery, quiet and swimming pool - close to airport

In the middle of the flowery and green countryside, La Palmeraie is a warm family house with two air-conditioned bedrooms. Ideally located in the center of the island, in the municipality of Lamentin, it offers quick access to Aimé Césaire Airport, distilleries, museums, remarkable gardens, shops and beaches (between 15 and 20 min). The perfect place to enjoy the calm of nature without being isolated. Swimming pool, comfort and a change of scenery await you. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of our home, but you have a completely private entrance. A terrace opens onto a wooded garden, perfect for relaxing in the shade of coconut and banana trees, or sharing a good barbecue. The bright living room overlooks a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two air-conditioned bedrooms and a large bathroom offer all the comforts you need. All rooms are equipped with adjustable air stirrers with remote control. The pool awaits you for a moment of coolness or relaxation. Depending on the season, the fruits of the garden (papayas, guavas, bananas, avocados, soursop, mandarins) will delight your taste buds. We remain available to advise and support you throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, adjoining garden, and pool. Thank you for respecting our privacy: the floor, where our living space is located, is not accessible, except for the passage to the pool. We also ask that you do not walk on the terrace or around private areas not mentioned in the listing. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the place. The pool is accessible Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Swimsuits must be worn. Other things to note We practice selective sorting and waste recovery for composting.
