Our 2 BR, 2 BA villa is located in Villamare on the beach in Palmetto Dunes - Palmetto Dunes is mid-island on Hilton Head close to many restaurants, shops and golf and tennis. Additionally, coming in April 2024, Villamare will be the only complex on Hilton Head with a fully-renovated family pool and new, larger hot tub together with a new adult-only pool and hot tub - they will be the premier beachfront amenities on Hilton Head! The space The villa has been fully renovated and updated, including kitchen, baths and all televisions; additionally, we removed all carpeting so that only travertine and wood laminate flooring is in the villa. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the villa. The master bedroom has a King bed, a large work table/work space, plenty of closet space and a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, ample closet space and a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower. Also, and quite importantly, when the condo was renovated a second door into the bathroom for this bedroom from the kitchen area was added - if you have younger kids or others asleep guests can directly access this bathroom without disturbing anyone by going through either bedroom to the bathroom. Guest access The entire condo will be yours! Other things to note Villamare is now the ONLY beachfront complex on Hilton Head with two pools and two spas. Additionally, we have added a huge gas-fired fire pit as well as a number of gas grills. Palmetto Dunes also has the amazing Dunes Buggy, which is a shuttle that takes residents and guests in Palmetto Dunes across 278 to Shelter Cove and the Shelter Cove Towne Center for free - no need for Uber or the hassle of parking - or driving as you're on vacation and may want to enjoy a few beverages! Taking all of this into account together with its location mid-island in the premier plantation on Hilton Head, there is no better place to spend your vacation on Hilton Head!
