This beautiful townhouse is only 15 minutes to Banff town center and 5 minutes to Canmore town center where you can stroll through town and browse the shops, enjoy a nice meal, or spoil yourself with a day at the spa. If you are looking to be active during your stay, you can enjoy one of the nearby golf courses, or during ski season check out one of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding areas. There are hiking trails and bike trails, and even a nearby park to take the little ones. Damage Deposit of $250.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite... - Please remove shoes while in the home. - Please no smoking.Smoking will result in a $500 fine by Bighorn County. - The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that. -Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. -Garbage and Recycling: Please do not leave garbage outside; if you wish to dispose of garbage and recycling there are garbage and recycling bins located at the entrance of the lodge.
