It has a country feel (quiet, space, more nature...) + being very close to Paris The space Welcome to my 3 bedroom house with secure parking space outside and a nice patio that is surrounded by bamboo trees. The house is minutes aways to the Paris subway via metro ligne 5 which takes you to Paris in just minutes direct to Porte de Pantin, Stalingrad, Train stations Gare du Nord/Est/Austerlitz, Republique, Bastille and Nation). Located on the east side of Paris, it is also driving distance to Euro Disney. The house is entirely renovated: isolation, walls, paints, appliances, all over ventilation system. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and another one in the open space basement (fully ventilated with windows and a large access). The house has cable TV, Fiber speed Internet, Stereo system, 2 office desks, foosball table an arcade game ! The house is located in an up and coming area called little Pantin. Very bright, the house is on a small hill and when sunny it has an L.A. feel to it. The house is close to the canal de L'Ourc with its restaurants and trendy shops. takes you straight to the trendy areas of Paris. You' re also very close to a the Parc de La Villette (Cité des Sciences, The Philarmonique (Paris Orchestra’s new home), parks, museums, concert venues, clubs et night bars .). You are walking distance to 3 supermarkets, a butcher, 2 bakeries, a gym, post office and all other essentials shops for everyday needs + a farmers market 3 times a weeks. The neighborhood is cosmopolitan and safe. Our neighbors are all very nice and helpful if needed. For families (big park for children few blocks away, daily public entertainment for kids during summer). For couples or single the house is very closed to the most trendy happening areas of Paris ( the 11th, 18th, 19th and 20th districts). There, you got a country feel (quiet, space, more nature...) and you also get the advantages of the city (being so close to what the great city of Paris has to offer). The best of both world!
