In addition to in-house amenities such as central AC, ceiling fans, ceramic tile floors, and multiple flatscreen TVs, the condo boasts access to shared amenities that include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room! This condo is located on the seventh floor of Plantation Palms, a beachfront complex within the confines of Gulf Shores Plantation on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. It is also a short drive from Gulf State Park and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Things to know: The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Guests will have access to all six outdoor pools, the indoor saltwater pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, as well the sauna located on the Gulf Shores Plantations grounds. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
