'Number 4' in Sennen, Cornwall, with sea views.

The property is located in a quiet cul de sac. It is a 10 minute walk to the amazing Sennen beach. There is a pub located in the cove and another along the road towards Lands End, all with in walking distance. A small supermarket is a short walk away. The beach is fabulous for surfers, as well as families just wanting to enjoy the wonderful views and ice creams! St Ives is close by, with Land's End Airport providing an opportunity to discover the Isles of Scilly. Sadly we cannot accept pets. The space The bungalow was renovated in 2021, with a new kitchen and shower room. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 kingsize and 2 doubles. The sitting room has a smart TV and a smart speaker. There is a large corner sofa and a large bean bag chair. There is also a desk and chair suitable for a laptop. The sun lounge has a dining table, suitable for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, built in single oven and microwave. There is an integrated dishwasher and a washer/dryer, (please note the drying option does take longer than a conventional dryer) as well as a fridge freezer. There is a small cloakroom and 3 good sized bedrooms, each with chest of drawers, full length mirrors and somewhere to hang clothes. The shower room has a walk in shower, with a sink vanity unit. The mirror has a light. There is a drive, with off road parking available. The outside has a patio, with table and chairs. The lawns to the front and back are extensive. All linen for the beds is provided as well as bath towels, with hand towel for cloakroom. Please bring your own beach towels. We DO NOT have facilities for electric car charging, we would respectfully ask that you do not plug into the main electric supply. We keep a log of electricity used, so if excessive amount is used, we will ask for a contribution. There is also a potential fire risk involved in using plug sockets to charge a car and if this were to happen, we are not covered by our insurance. Please note there are local charging places just before Sennen and up at Land's End. Guest access All of the property is available to use. Prior permission is required if wanting to use the garage. Other things to note Minimum night stay is 4 nights Stays of 7 days and longer are welcome. Check in time after 3 pm, Check out time is 10 am. No BBQs or firepits allowed, thank you. Please read in 'Your property' section about NOT charging electric cars via mains electric (ie plugging into the house sockets). We are not on a suitable tarriff to support charging at a cost effective rate. If we find that excesssive electricity is used we will seek a contribution towards cost.
