The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks, an ice maker, cookware & all the dish/glass ware you'll ever need! Downstairs is at lake level, so you'll have direct access to the yard & outdoor shower through sliding glass doors. You can also relax in the large pit sofa or play a round of ping pong. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor & 1 bedroom on the lake level. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 ensuite), 1 bathroom on the main floor & 1 bathroom on the lake level. Located along a quiet road just across from Copake Country Club. The Greens restaurant is a short walk or golf cart ride away. The area is very walking, running and biking-friendly. Plenty of space to park cars in the driveway. Walk around the lake, take the golf cart up to The Greens, or hop in your car to head to nearby towns (Hillsdale, Hudson, Great Barrington). RENOVATION NOTES: in regards to the renovation this house has completely been gut renovated throughout the year of 2023. The house has been expanded by almost 1000 ft.², with larger ceilings, and a bigger dining room. A completely restored kitchen with new granite countertops.
