Lakefront Property with 2 Cabins - 1 Week Minimum

Our cozy waterfront cabin is ideally located on the western arm of Shawnigan Lake. A quick 30 minute drive from Victoria, you will be soaking in the sun on the dock in no time. The large flat lawn provides ample space for lawn games, take the paddle boards or kayaks out on the lake, lay in the sun on the dock, or relax on the covered cabin deck. This property has everything you need and more! The space The cabin was updated last year and has ample space for making meals and drinks, playing games or gathering around the island, but its unlikely you will be spending much time indoors anyways! An outdoor cooking area, dining table on the covered deck with overhead heater, expansive flat lawn for yard games, kayaks and paddle boards and a large dock are all available for your use. The owners cabin is separate but located on the same property. It is unlikely it will be occupied during your stay, but this cabin and deck space are off limits to guests. There is also a bunk house with 6 bunk beds. This can be rented for an additional charge for kids to stay in upon request. Sheets and towels are provided. Some beach towels, but it is suggested you bring your own. Essentials such as cooking oil and salt and pepper, tin foil, toilet paper and paper towel are included, as well as all cutlery and dishes. All food items, as well as condiments and spices will need to be brought with you. Photos are of the first cabin which is older and was updated a few years ago. The second cabin was built in 2008 and is a rancher style with main kitchen/living area and bedrooms off each side. Both bedrooms have french doors that open onto the patio area where there is a large covered dining area, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. We do not have photos of this space at this time but can provide these prior to the booking, once we open up the property for the summer. Guest access The cabin and attached deck, as well as the yard space and dock are for your use and enjoyment. The secondary cabin on the property is not to be used.
