Room in Rustic Remote Stone Cottage with a Dbl Bed

For longer stays message me. ROOM in REMOTE & RUSTIC cottage in the bush on 41 acres. Access is via 6 km of rough dirt rd. When wet 4WD only, no low cars. The nearest amenities are in Sandy Hollow a servo and pub 20 mins 20 mins to Merriwa, 30 to Denman, 45 to Muswellbrook. Enjoy the views of Mt Dangar, walk in the bush, climb the ridge for sunset views or just laze around watching native birds, kangaroos, goannas & wombats. Head to the local pubs & take the courtesy bus back. The space "CATS LIVING ON THE PROPERTY" The loungeroom has a large L-shaped couch, barrel chair, large TV. There is no free to air TV. You have to use your computer to watch free to air or whatever streaming service you use via the TV or there is a large selection of DVD'S. I use a HDMI cable from my computer to the TV. I have a spare one. There are also games to play. The house is open concept with a fireplace in the dining & sitting area. Fully equipped modern kitchen it is well stocked with all cooking basics, oil, salt, pepper, baking paper, foil, cling wrap. There is also an electric juicer, rice cooker, food processor and blender. The bathroom is detached from the house & accessed by a door & walkway straight of the sunroom. Undercover patio with table & chairs. Heaters are supplied in winter. No Aircon but the rooms have ceiling fans. Guest access You may access all areas except my private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. During your stay I will be here if you need me.
