Cottage on the historic city wall

This central accommodation is located in downtown Höxter. It is directly adjacent to the historic ramparts overlooking the countryside. Restaurants, marketplace, supermarket, local transport and swimming pool are within walking distance. By bike, you can head directly to the Weser bike path and the LGS 2023 state horticultural show grounds are right outside the front door. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. The space The house from the 1920s has been lovingly renovated. It is spread over two floors and offers enough space for four guests. The spacious terrace at the house can be reached directly from the kitchen and is equipped with a table and chairs. Starting in the spring, bicycles can be parked protected and locked. Guest access The rooms are spread over two floors. The bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located on the 1st floor. The living room and the open kitchen are on the first floor. The staircase is not suitable for small children, so a booking is at your own risk. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement. Other things to note The medieval town of Höxter is a popular starting point for cyclists. The R1 cycle path is very close to the property. Lake Godelheim with its leisure facility is 2 km away and the World Heritage Site Corvey Castle is 2.5 km away. In Solling, native wild species can be observed on 50 hectares of unspoiled landscape. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the Weser with canoe and kayak tours. Other excursion destinations are Hameln 60 km, Bad Karlshafen 25 km and the Baroque city of Detmold 50 km, with the nearby Externsteine and the Hermann Monument.
