Thanks for your interest in our brand new vacation house in Lakeside - which we are very proud of! See you on the beach. The House: Our 3 bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Other features include a washer & dryer, a back patio with furniture, a gas grill, fire pit, Xfinity Internet, and central air conditioning. And of course the we have a HOT TUB - which is scheduled to be delivered in early July (so no photos available yet). The Beach: Includes private beach access rights to the exclusive New Circle Association Beach. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Never crowded and always relaxing. Amazing sunsets. The Neighborhood: This is a perfect get-away-from-it-all destination that still has modern amenities within easy reach. Union Pier is just 1.5 miles down the road with shops, an awesome farmers market, and fine dining.
