A stay here guarentees family memories for a lifetime! 💫 🏠 Floorplan and layout: * Brief: luxury, two-floor mountain cabin. Guests arrive at the top floor and then descend to the floor below. Each floor hosts its own balcony with great, high views of the mountain valley * Entry: 2" step up from parking level for easy access to the home's entry * Top floor: primary bedroom and attached bathroom, plus the kitchen, dining room, and living space w/fireplace. * Lower floor: three bedrooms (two kings + bunk beds) and two bathrooms (one attached to bunk bed, and another shared). The recreation space includes a dedicated TV, fireplace, pool table, and retro arcade. Guests will also find the home's hot tub on the lower floor balcony 🛜 NEW WIFI!!! We’re excited to share that the home now has near-gigabit, super-fast wifi! Our new hardline commercial Xfinity connection coupled with an optimized mesh network provides for a reliable connection throughout the home. Enjoy! 🐾🐶 Family with pets: Home is totally pet-friendly. Four-legged guests should expect a green space to the immediate left of our property that's perfect for a potty break. Downhill, you'll find a park-like picnic area near our community center and pool house, with other green spaces in between. Considering the wildlife and resort traffic, pets should always be leashed. Guest access Full and exclusive access to the home, parking and balconies. The pool is a community amenity shared with other travelers Other things to note Pet policy: No pet fee! One small dog (22 lbs max). No large breeds.. Exceptions must be approved before booking. Televisions: Popular streaming apps are pre-installed. However, access to those services is not included, and guests must sign in and out of services during their stay.
