Our apartment "La Luge 63" welcomes you at the entrance of the "Super Besse" resort in a natural and quiet setting, perfect for a pleasant stay, with its south-facing balcony. Located only 800 m (15 min walk) from the center of the resort, Lac des Hermines, ski slopes... Free shuttles in winter. Many services on site: heated outdoor pool (July/August), laundry, ski rental, Wi-Fi area, petanque court, barbecue area, relaxation lounge, sauna. The space "La Luge 63" is a 2-star apartment on the first floor of a 6-unit chalet, within the "Le Bois de la Reine" condominium. Pleasant, functional, bright with its south facing orientation with lovely views of the Monts du Cantal on the horizon. Ideal capacity 4 people and one baby Bed LINEN is OPTIONAL with a surcharge of €15/person. Towels are not provided. - A living room overlooking the balcony, with a pull-out sofa bed (two separate extra single beds), - A fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, small refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, induction hob, plunge blender, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine) - A bedroom with a 140 bed and a dresser - A cabin space closed by a sliding door overlooking the living room, with bunk beds and a wardrobe - Bathroom (bathtub, sink unit, towel dryer) - Separate toilet - Free shared private parking and a closed ski locker at the foot of the chalet. Free shuttles (winter season) to get to the center of the resort and ski/snowshoe trails. Stop in front of the residence. On-site, many services: free access to the heated pool in July/August according to the posted schedules and weather conditions, automatic laundry, relaxation lounge with free wifi, billiards, pinball machines, foosball... (paid), at the times indicated during the day, sauna (paid), ski equipment rental. Equipment (vacuum cleaner, brooms...) and cleaning products available in the accommodation. A thorough cleaning is carried out between each rental for your comfort. Baby equipment (crib/chair booster available on request) WiFi in the central building. The tourist office offers for rent an internet key for your stay. NO Smoking allowed Pets allowed after our agreement. Booking: 2/3 nights minimum Off Season on request according to our availability to welcome you. In high season/school holidays Christmas/February / July/August/ we prefer stays of 7 nights minimum with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Guest access Access to the accommodation directly from the parking lot. Secure lockbox for self check-in if we cannot be present for your arrival. Code communicated on the day of your arrival. During the stay, you will have access within the residence to the swimming pool (July/August), the common relaxation lounge (free wifi) during opening hours and days and the sauna (for a fee), the outdoor areas: petanque court, barbecue area, green areas. Other things to note Baby equipment ( crib /chair booster) available upon request. We leave you the choice of bringing your bed linen and towels or renting them from our concierge. Wi-Fi available only in the common areas of the residence The bunk bed is not suitable for children under six years old. The storage of ski and mountain biking equipment is not allowed in the accommodation and on the balcony. The confirmed reservation constitutes acceptance of the establishment of a seasonal rental agreement according to French law, the provision of a certificate of resort insurance, and an uncashed security deposit. For this purpose, we will ask for your email and postal address for writing and sending. We thank you in advance for respecting and taking care of our space by making it clean and tidy as when you arrived, including the kitchen area ( its amenities, accessories, dishes, furniture) must be cleaned by you, dishwasher emptied. Otherwise, additional fees corresponding to the time spent will be charged. A thorough cleaning, corresponding to the end-of-stay cleaning fee, is carried out between each guest for your comfort (disinfection, dusting, ventilation, windows).
