About the house: The house is a smoke-free home that includes an open concept kitchen and living room overlooking the beautiful view of Paces Lake. The kitchen is well stocked with all major appliances as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, a single over double bunk bed. The house also includes two full baths and a washer and dryer. Off the primary bedroom and kitchen is a spacious covered deck extending the entire house. Property exterior: There is lots of parking space available. The house has a large grassy backyard with access to a double hammock, tire swing, BBQ, and two docks off Paces Lake. The lake is 3.7sq km and great for swimming, sunrise/sunset yoga, and more. Amenities & Things to-do: The lake house is located within a 10-min drive from many amenities, including a gas station, pharmacy, hospital, town library, ice-cream shop, and many eat-in and take-out eateries. It is also close to various baseball fields, a playground, and many beaches such as Kent's Beach and Martinique Beach. Please be aware that there will be a security camera at the front and back entrances.
