The property counts with 82 sqm and is divided in 2 floors. The first floor counts with a bright dining area with a comfortable sofa-bed, an open fully equipped kitchen and one complete bathroom with bath. On the second floor there is one outstanding bedroom with a double bed that can be replaced by 2 single beds and one bathroom with shower. The room has large closets that will make you feel at home. Guest access During your stay you will have included change of towels provided whenever requested and an apartment cleaning with change of sheets for stays longer than 6 days. Other things to note *The CityTourist Tax will be charged upon arrival at the moment of check-in (€10.45 per person and night). • Check in time from 3pm to 8pm. • Late check in from 8pm-00h implies an extra fee of 30€ that will be collected upon arrival at the moment of check in. • Late check in from 00h implies an extra fee of 50€ that will be collected upon arrival at the moment of check-in. • A 300 EUR damage deposit will be request on the Check in. This deposit will be completely refund at the check out, after checking there isn't any damage in the apartment.
