Parking Instructions: Parking at this home is strictly enforced by town zoning regulations. The maximum parking at this property is 2 spaces, including boat trailers, parked perpendicular to the house. Please do not park in the grass. The driveway is shared with the neighboring property and the right-of-way should be clear at all times. * Note: Your safety is important to us! This home is equipped with 2 exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior living spaces. **This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by Town of Varick Rental Guidelines; this includes limiting guest occupancy to 8 at all times.
